Paul Hansen

Managing Partner, Infinity Solutions, LLC

Paul is Managing Partner of Infinity Solutions, LLC, bringing nearly four decades of financial services leadership experience spanning wealth management, broker-dealer operations, insurance, technology, distribution, and organizational transformation.

Prior to joining Infinity Solutions, Paul spent more than 20 years with KeyCorp, including approximately 16 years leading Key Investment Services, the wholly owned broker-dealer subsidiary of KeyBank. As COO and later President and CEO, Paul had responsibility for the broker-dealer, its insurance agency, and its registered investment advisory program, overseeing an organization that included 16 regional sales managers, more than 330 financial advisors, and approximately 1,000 insurance licensed bankers. During his tenure, Key Investment Services grew to approximately $23 billion in assets under management and $140 million in annual revenue.

Paul played a central role in building Key Investment Services from its inception. He helped transition 82 financial advisors and approximately 80,000 client accounts into the newly created broker-dealer and established the infrastructure, systems, operating processes, and support organization necessary for the business to grow. Over time, the organization expanded from 82 to more than 330 financial advisors, while annual revenue increased from less than $20 million to approximately $140 million. Paul also led the integration of multiple acquisitions that added approximately 90 financial advisors, more than 100,000 client accounts, and over $50 million in annual revenue.

Throughout his career, Paul has led complex technology implementations, operational transformations, mergers and acquisitions, asset conversions, risk-management initiatives, and large-scale organizational change. Earlier leadership positions with Fiserv Correspondent Services and McDonald Investments provided extensive experience in brokerage operations, technology, clearing, systems development, and business process management.

Paul has also been an active leader within the bank investment and insurance industry. He served as a Board Member of the Bank Insurance & Securities Association (BISA).

At Infinity Solutions, Paul brings an especially valuable perspective to the firm's work with banks, broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, insurance companies, and other distribution partners. Having spent much of his career on the institutional side of the table, he understands how financial institutions evaluate products and manufacturers, manage regulatory and operational risk, allocate resources, implement technology, support financial professionals, and ultimately determine which strategic partnerships can succeed.

That perspective is fundamental to Infinity Solutions' approach. Paul works with the firm's partners to transform distribution opportunities into executable strategies—connecting product, technology, operations, compliance, institutional relationships, and sales execution to create sustainable growth.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from John Carroll University and has held FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 66 registrations, as well as an Ohio Life, Accident and Health insurance license.

Seth E. Friedman

Seth E. Friedman

Founding Partner, Infinity Solutions, LLC

Seth E. Friedman is a founding partner of Infinity Solutions, LLC, an annuity distribution and consulting firm that works with insurance companies, banks, broker-dealers, financial advisors, and other financial institutions to build and strengthen distribution.

Over a career spanning more than four decades, Seth has worked across the insurance, annuity, mutual fund, and financial services industries, with a particular focus on distribution strategy, product positioning, institutional relationships, and business development. His experience has given him a unique perspective on the intersection of manufacturers, distributors, financial advisors, and clients—and on what is required to turn a strong product or idea into sustainable sales momentum.

Throughout his career, Seth has been involved in building and expanding distribution platforms across bank and broker-dealer channels. In 2009, while at Mutual of Omaha, he built a wholesaling organization supporting Stadion Funds that generated approximately $1.6 billion in sales over a two-year period. He has also spent significant portions of his career evaluating new products, emerging companies, distribution models, and technologies, including five years leading new business development for a financial technology firm focused on the application of technology and artificial intelligence to financial services.

Seth's approach to distribution is grounded in a simple principle: successful financial services relationships must create value for everyone involved. Manufacturers need sustainable growth. Distribution partners need products and relationships that strengthen their businesses. Financial advisors need solutions that help them serve their clients and grow their practices. And ultimately, clients must receive products that appropriately address their financial objectives.

That philosophy is central to Infinity Solutions.

Rather than viewing distribution as simply placing products on platforms, Seth believes successful distribution is built through relationships, execution, thoughtful product positioning, exceptional follow-through, and an understanding of how financial institutions actually make decisions. He has spent much of his career working between manufacturers and distributors—helping each understand the needs, constraints, and opportunities of the other.

His experience has also shaped a broader interest in institutional due diligence, leadership, corporate culture, governance, responsible innovation, and risk. Seth believes that understanding a financial institution requires looking beyond its financial statements to the relationships among leadership, culture, strategy, products, distribution, and execution.

At Infinity Solutions, Seth brings those perspectives together with one objective: to help financial institutions build durable partnerships, create sustainable sales momentum, and generate long-term value for the organizations, advisors, and clients they serve.
